Content, Rights and Removal Policy
Last updated: July 30, 2026 Version: 1.1 — Brazilian commercial pilot
This Policy explains which games and materials may be submitted, how the public gallery works and how to request a correction or removal.
1. Permitted games
The user may request the narration of:
- their own game;
- a game of a friend, opponent or student;
- a historical game;
- a public game obtained from a legitimate source;
- a tournament game whose feed allows reuse.
You do not need to be one of the players. However, the use must respect personality, copyright, contractual rights and the rules of the source.
2. What Partida creates
Partida uses the factual sequence of moves and produces its own analysis, script, voice, graphics, animation and editing. The delivery does not include authorization to copy or incorporate third-party editorial materials.
3. Materials prohibited without authorization
Do not submit or request the incorporation of:
- protected comments and annotations;
- audio or image from a sports broadcast;
- a photograph or portrait without the applicable license and image authorization;
- music, logo, font or artwork without a license;
- a cloned voice or an identifiable imitation of a real person;
- material obtained through intrusion, improper access or violation of the source's terms;
- intimate, discriminatory, threatening, defamatory or illegal content.
4. Names and usernames
Names and usernames may be filled in from the PGN or provided by the user. The user must verify their correctness and consider the context of publication.
Partida may:
- abbreviate or anonymize names;
- replace the players with "White" and "Black";
- refuse an offensive or misleading title;
- restrict display when there is a minor or a risk to the identified person.
It must not be suggested that a player sponsors, has approved or maintains a partnership with Partida without authorization.
Optional photos must depict the identified person, must not be misleading and require a specific confirmation of license and image authorization. Photos of minors require authorization from the legal guardian and consideration of the minor's best interests. Partida may reject, anonymize or remove a photo even after production.
5. Video privacy
During the pilot:
- customer videos are private or unlisted;
- unlisted videos may be accessed by anyone who holds the link or QR code;
- customers do not publish directly to the gallery;
- the public gallery is selected and administered by Partida.
Partida will not use a private video in advertising without specific authorization.
6. Public gallery
Before placing a production in the gallery, Partida will seek to record:
- the origin of the PGN;
- the context of the game;
- relevant licenses or authorizations;
- the origin of the audiovisual elements;
- for each photo, the curated asset, source URL, author, license or authorization reference;
- the presence of minors;
- a review of the script and the title.
A production may be withdrawn from the gallery by editorial or legal decision, without this altering the rights already acquired by the buyer over their file, where applicable.
7. Content involving children and adolescents
We do not automatically publish content of a minor. Requests involving a full name, photo, club, school or other elements that increase exposure will be assessed with priority and may require the guardian's authorization.
Content that exposes a minor to harassment, humiliation, safety risk or exploitation will be restricted or removed.
8. How to request a correction or removal
Any person may send a request to [email protected] with:
- the URL or identifier of the video;
- the excerpt or element in question;
- the requester's relationship to the content;
- the reason for the request;
- the desired correction or measure;
- contact for a reply.
We do not require an identity document as a first measure. We may request proportionate proof if there is a legitimate doubt about the identity, representation or ownership of the right.
9. Handling of the request
After receiving a request, Partida will seek to:
- confirm receipt;
- locate the content;
- assess risk and urgency;
- preventively restrict access when necessary;
- hear the party responsible for the publication, when appropriate;
- correct, anonymize, keep or remove;
- communicate the decision and the means to challenge it.
Requests involving a minor, physical risk, exposure of sensitive data, impersonation, fraud or apparently criminal content will be prioritized.
10. Challenge
The user affected by a removal may present context, authorization or proof of rights through the same channel. Restoration will not be automatic and will depend on the assessment of the case.
Partida will preserve the information necessary for the exercise of rights, investigation and compliance with a valid order, limiting its access.
11. Broadcasts and ongoing games
Partida must not offer analysis to a participant in an ongoing online game. Future live narrations must use an official feed, an applicable delay, API limits and the organizer's rules.
The use of public data from a platform does not authorize the use of its brand as if there were a partnership or endorsement.
