On your website, an hour only counts while at least one person is watching. On the partida channel we set the title and description — that's why it uses 30% less.
Questions
What is a credit?
It's our only currency. 1 credit pays for 1 hour of narrated stream with voice on your YouTube channel. Karaoke, Board, the partida channel and your website use less per hour, as shown in the table. One balance covers everything.
How does it work on my website?
You create an embed code in Stream, list the allowed domains and paste it into your club's site. Hours are only deducted while at least one person is watching, and cost half of the same stream on your YouTube. The widget uses no cookies and no tracking.
What if credits run out mid-stream?
We warn you in your dashboard when 15 and 5 minutes are left. With no balance at all, the stream keeps going for 5 more minutes on us and then ends (on a website, the widget shows the stream as paused). We never charge more than you bought.
Do plan credits roll over?
No: plan credits renew every month on the billing date. Pack credits never expire and are used after the plan's.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, anytime, in the subscription portal. No lock-in. If you cancel, the plan runs until the end of the period you already paid for.
How does the partida channel work?
Instead of using your YouTube key, the stream goes to the partida channel, with our title and description. In return, each hour uses 30% fewer credits.
Which payment methods?
Credit card for monthly plans. For packs, card or Pix when available. Payments are processed by Stripe (or Paddle outside Brazil) and we never see your card details.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Clubs and federations enter the organization's name (and, in Brazil, optionally the CNPJ) at checkout. The invoice is issued in their name.
What if I change my mind?
Unused packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. If a stream fails because of us, we give the credits back.
